This design features a Desert Southwestern landscape inspired by a story of Bear as a witness, guide, and ancient maternal presence through life’s transitions in Sonja Grace’s book Dancing with Bear and Raven. She shares that, in the Hopi and Navajo traditions, bears and ravens are liminal beings—bridges between worlds, as well as guides and sources of comfort during profound moments of change.
