USPS SHIPPING Update
Normally, all my U.S. domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within 6-10 business days. However, recently there has been a few incidents of unexpectedly delayed shipping times for my large prints. These large prints are shipped in cardboard tubes, which I understand, require manual processing at each USPS facility (the tubes cannot be put on a conveyer belt for automatic processing like my smaller prints that are shipped in flat cardboard mailers).
For this reason, I would recommend purchasing my large prints on Etsy where all my orders are insured by Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program. Under this program, if your order does not arrive within the expected USPS Priority mail time frame, you can request a refund and Etsy will refund you (at no cost to me). I will always ship another print to you at no cost to you. This would be so enormously helpful for me as a small growing business where it can sometimes be difficult to cover the cost of this problem as you can imagine.
At any time, if you find that your order is delayed beyond the expected shipping time frame, please reach out to me and I can support you as you go through the process of requesting a refund via Etsy.
Most of my prints are larger prints (!!) so if you wish for insured shipping, I would recommend purchasing the following prints in my Etsy shop: Selkie, Baba Yaga, Sky Woman, The Weaver, Running with the Wolves, Dragon & Crane, Athena, Three Sisters, Fox Woman, Mossy Coat, Jade Rabbit, East of the Sun West of the Moon, Wolf Totem, The Mitten.
Of course these unexpected shipping delays only happen occasionally and are not the norm. So if you do not mind delayed shipping, then feel free to go ahead and purchase the print on this website. You will always receive a tracking number so you can track its journey to you. Please rest assured, in my experience there has never been an incident where a shipment has completely disappeared. With patience, the artwork will eventually get to you. Even if it is marked as “lost” you can always file a formal "Missing Packages" investigation with USPS and they will track it down. This has been my experience and I am happy to serve as a point of contact around this if it ever happens.
